I lived my whole life in Brooklyn, New York, which has allowed me to grow up in a way that’s unique to many others who haven’t experienced living in such a big city. It’s a completely different experience moving from a fast-moving, impersonal city to Biddeford, which in many ways is quite the opposite. My whole life, soccer has been my main hobby. In all my spare time, I would go down to the field and play with my friends. I’d love to stay around sports when I’m older. This inspired me to choose my major of athletic training. It provides a good balance between my athletic interests, as well as academic interests in physiology and biology. Despite my major, my love for the game of soccer might pull me into a coaching minor, and lead to me being a soccer coach when I’m older.
